Looking at the extraordinary within the mundane, working with earth tones - yellow ochres, soft browns, siennas and also deep hues that echo the warmth of the sun and the sunlit soil, and the flow of water, fascinated by the mathematics in Nature and the interconnectedness, invoking slowness - not necessarily living at a slow pace but mindfully decelerating from a hurried existence..that's my leitmotif which I express through spontaneous scribbles, washes and patterns in various mediums.
